These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk64. By registering an account or accessing any part of the pk64 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out below.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk64. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with the additional accounts.
All bonuses credited to a pk64 account are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting requirements will result in forfeiture.
pk64 processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank in PKR. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk64 login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorised access promptly.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any form of abuse of the pk64 platform are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

By registering an account with pk64, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pk64 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue all use of the pk64 Platform and refrain from registering or maintaining an account.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. pk64 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Membership and use of the pk64 Platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a firm and non -negotiable requirement. pk64 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
To register a pk64 account, you must:
pk64 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point pk64 deems necessary:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 days of the request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential legal action.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk64 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.
In the event you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pk64 immediately by contacting our support team. pk64 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials or delayed notification to pk64.
You are obligated to keep the personal information held on your Account accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your name, address, contact number, or payment details must be updated promptly. pk64 reserves the right to suspend an Account where information on record is found to be materially inaccurate.
Each Member is permitted to hold one active Account on pk64 at any given time. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk64 will close all but the original account, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided without notice. Bonus funds obtained through the operation of multiple accounts will be permanently forfeited.
pk64 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at pk64's discretion and will be displayed within the Member's account cashier section.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are set by pk64 and displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice. pk64 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the funding source must belong to the registered Member.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
All transactions on the pk64 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment provider converts currency, the Member is responsible for any conversion fees or rate differentials applied by that provider.
pk64 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their service terms.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available on the pk64 Platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a pk64 Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed using Bonus Funds on certain game categories (e.g. live dealer, table games) may contribute at a reduced rate to Wagering Requirements.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. pk64 reserves the right to exclude any Member from receiving a bonus or promotion at its sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions by creating multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
Bonus Funds that remain unused or whose Wagering Requirements remain unmet within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. Real-money funds are not affected by bonus expiry.
pk64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, any Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered in good faith will be honoured subject to the original promotion terms.
All casino games available on the pk64 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently verified and are not subject to manipulation by pk64 or its Members.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects a game round or sports bet, pk64 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return staked funds to the Member's Account. pk64 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
All sports bets, including cricket and PSL markets, are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published within the pk64 Platform. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers. In the event of ambiguity, pk64's interpretation of the rules shall be final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on pk64. These limits are displayed at the relevant game or market and are subject to change at pk64's discretion without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk64 Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the pk64 Platform, including but not limited to the pk64 brand name, logo, graphical assets, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and structural design, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk64 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted. Members may not reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any pk64 content without prior written authorisation from pk64.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk64 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pk64's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A Member may close their pk64 Account at any time by contacting the pk64 support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, pk64 will process any eligible withdrawal of remaining real-money balance subject to KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
pk64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or receipt of a lawful order from a regulatory authority.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, pk64 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Member's balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a Member's breach, pk64 may exercise its right to forfeit the entire Account balance. Termination of an Account does not relieve either party of obligations that accrued prior to the termination date.

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through the informal process, you may escalate it as a formal complaint by submitting a written description of the dispute to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". pk64 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.
Game results and bet settlements processed by the pk64 Platform are final once confirmed. pk64 will investigate disputes relating to technical errors in good faith but reserves the right to uphold settled outcomes where the result was generated fairly by certified RNG or sportsbook systems.

Your continued use of the pk64 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk64 holds its international gaming licence.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, although pk64 retains the right to bring proceedings against a Member in any jurisdiction where that Member is domiciled or where a breach has occurred.
